Design Workshop 1

• 234 Acres with 61 Acres of CRP and 6 acres food plots, surrounding wooded hollows and ag land.
• This is my personal lease property…400’ elevation changes, rock outcroppings, points, saddles, ridges, draws, and long distance hunting access.
• 4000’ of food plot travel corridors, waterholes, large bedding area complete with deer beds
• Bedding to staging area to food and back again…morning, evening, early season, late season and rut stands…and WHY.

My partners and I have connected on 18 bucks averaging approximately 150 inches and over 4 years old during the past 10 seasons. On this parcel food dictates where and why the deer move where they do during some portions of the season, bedding areas in other portions, and often the combination of both are why many of those bucks have fallen. This 3rd workshop will focus on efficiency of food plot plantings, using food to direct deer usage for the entire parcel, morning sneak stands, efficiency of stand use, bedding area design and enhancement, and overall mature buck hunting techniques. This parcel is located near one of the best trout fisheries in the region, complete with many cabins and bed and breakfasts to house couples that want to get away for the weekend and visit one of the most scenic ag regions I have encountered within all my travels. Design Workshop 2

• Close to 200 acres of woods, fronted by ag land on 1 side, and with a very slight change in topography from front to back.
• Over 1000’ of Cut-in and developed “Clear Cut” travel corridors complete with portions of tunneled deer trails, and interior cut deer trail.
• Dozens of installed and constructed deer beds
• Food plot travel corridors

This workshop will focus on taking a “clean-slate” piece of raw hunting woods and designing the parcel to form a solid foundation that the landowner has started to build on during the last 3 years. The landowner has completed an incredible amount of habitat improvements and anyone that attends this workshop will be impressed at the shear magnitude of the amount of chainsaw work that will be on display.

Design Workshop 3

• This parcel contains an ireggular 42 acre chunk of habitat, including the landowners home, surrounded by 1000s of acres of coverless ag land.
• A mix of mature timber, a portion of lowland, and a creek drainage make up the majority of the parcel's habitat.
• The landowner has needed to install a combination of travel corridors, bedding areas, and food plots to work towards creating a unique and successful design for his property plan.
